Transition Types in the CRO exercises:
1. straight (no change of direction)
2. 90 right or left
3. 180
4. transitions in the middle of a figure 8 or cloverleaf
Most of the transition exercises appear in Level II. The Level II transition exercises 1-8 can be moving or stationary or a combination. Other transitions in all the levels depend on the exercise; some are moving and some are stationary.

Blind Cross Transition at 2:03

Below are the descriptions of both exercises. Only the Blind Cross description says the team continues to face the direction of forward movement. Hope that helps.

11. Front Cross Transition: The team will change position from Heel to Side (or Side to Heel) as the handler crosses in front of the dog momentarily facing the dog while crossing the dog’s path. This is a moving exercise. The team does not stop but may slow or hesitate as the handler crosses the dog's path.
12. Blind Cross Transition: The team will change position from Heel to Side (or Side to Heel) as the dog crosses behind the handler. During the transition, dog and handler continue to face the direction in which they are moving forward. This is a moving exercise. The team does not stop.
These are foundation behaviors that Lily knows
that are very useful in guiding her through CRO Transitions
Single Weave Transitions: modified for those who are physically challenged
If the handler can't safely do weaves, the course can be modified same as we do for handlers who can't do a Fast. In WCFO proficiency tests, teams that can't do weaves have an alternative in the Bronze Bar musical freestyle test. The dog passes from Heel to Side and back again by swinging his/her rear around passing through Front position - the same path the handler takes in a Front Cross, but the dog does it instead.
